The Complete Property Search Service
An initial registration fee of £400 non-returnable but deductible from commission subsequently payable. The initial registration fee runs for a period of 26 weeks.
Subsequent Re-registration: £150 non-returnable but deductible as above.
On the purchase of property from RSJ Property Search commission becomes payable, this is based on a percentage of the purchase price as below:
Commission is charged at 1.5%
Rental Property Search Service
An initial registration fee of £400 non-returnable. The initial registration fee runs for a period of 16 weeks.
On the rental of a property from RSJ Property Search commission becomes payable, this is based on one months rent.
An allowance for VAT should be added to our fees at the standard rate.
